I originally joined The Enclave when we had 24/7 cops at our gates, it was not Sec.8 housing approved and the Management actually removed problem neighbors. The problems have gotten worse since they started accepting sec.8 housing again two months ago,and they did this because they are attempting to sell the property. There is drug activity daily here and I have been relocated from multiple apartments due to Black Mold and other issues within the apartments. Paint and new carpet covers some of the problem but doesn't get rid of everything. New changes in the office staff shows that they are not concerned with taking care of their good tenants, and they feel that filling the apartments is more important than keeping quality tenants. You can hear your neighbors conversations and arguments and these are very inefficient apartments energy wise, the windows leak and are drafty and old. Electrical work is not to code. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Neighbors have pit-bulls and other generally restricted breeds. I have lived at The Enclave for over a year and a half.
